“Moments” by KEV
In a world fraught with war, depression, and images that shock and astound daily, in times when we don’t know what tremor we’ll be waking up to, audiences look to music as a primary outlet and source for escapism from such stories that cloud and ravage our brains. KEV are a 4-piece band from Sweden, who when inspired by working with refugee organisation Newcomers, came to find the stream of which their creative and inspired consciousness would flow from. Making indie-tinged pop music that takes soaring melodies, key-heavy flutters and eruptions of melancholia, positivity, and euphoria that uplifts, KEV’s debut single “Moments” follows a gorgeous blueprint of a similar ilk.
