This marks week three of the Naropa Summer Writing Program! This week Naropa welcomes Mei-mei Berssenbrugge, Tisa Bryant, Junior Burke, Ambrose Bye, Julie Carr, Clark Coolidge, Samuel R. Delany, Michelle Ellsworth, Brian Evenson, Noah Eli Gordon, Joanne Kyger, Karen Randall, Selah Saterstrom, Edwin Torres & Anne Waldman. On Sunday, July 1st, at 8pm Counterpath hosts Bruce Covey, Kim Gek Lin Short, Danielle Vogel & Joshua Ware. Bruce & Kim are on tour to celebrate their new books!

Bruce Covey’s fifth book of poetry, Reveal: All Shapes & Sizes, was published in the spring of 2012 by Bitter Cherry Books. Kim Gek Lin Short’s new book is China Cowboy, out with Tarpaulin Sky Press. Danielle Vogel is the author of lit and Narrative & Nest. Her textile scroll-works and ceramic book artifacts have been exhibited in galleries across the country. Joshua Ware is the author of Homage to Homage to Homage to Creeley (Furniture Press Books, 2011) and three new chapbooks out this year: Imaginary Portraits (Greying Ghost Press); How We Remake the World (Slope Editions), co-written with Trey Moody; and SDVIG (alice blue books), co-written with Natasha Kessler.
